I went with my husband, both 70, and we loved the experience. We both came out feeling so relaxed. The facilities were very clean, we loved the lighting and aromas. The staff were friendly but discreet. We did the 1.5he bathhouse experience. We would both thoroughly recommend it.

I was treated to a gift voucher here, and the experience went over and above expectations. I had the Oud Facial and it was the best combination of relaxation massage and pampering. It was an incredibly indulgent experience and my masseuse was professional and kind. If you dont mind having lots of oils applied (it was very hydrating!) then this is the booking for you. I loved that they usher you into a separate tea room afterwards for you to unwind in, and no one was there to rush you out the door. Can I rate higher than a 5 star? Would if I could!

Definitely recommend the silent session if your on your own. Venue is beautiful. Would suggest for new people that staff give them a recommendation on what order to use the different elements. Not a big deal not having this I just guessed my way through, but a suggestion process may be nice 😊 …

Had an incredible experience. The time just flew past I recommend getting as much time as you can. The tea room was so gorgeous with yumy dark chocolate and native teas. I felt a million dollars by the time I was leaving. Will be back for sure

Unbelievable! We loved Ember Bathhouse before the renovation, and yesterday my wife and I...well wow! Completely blown away. You guys have done such a nice job, especially with the Japanese Hinoki sauna and the hamam style hot and cold pools (nice and cold!). The new tearoom is a delight, and I am glad to see you still provide delicious, high-quality teas, nuts, and chocolate. And (as usual) the people working there were just so friendly. Thank-you, we were truly grateful for the experience!

The most amazing experience. If you are needing a re-set or an afternoon of self-care, I couldn't recommend this enough. I was anxious about going by myself and that I would find 90 minutes in the bath house too long. It flew by and was just what I needed, even with my busy mind! Best massage I have ever had. My skin is glowing from the facial. This is going to be on my feel-good list for the rest of the year!

I had an amazing deep tissue massage that was just what my tight muscles needed. My masseuse listened to my areas of concern and spent a lot of time working on those areas. Despite being petite, she was very strong and certainly was able to get deep into the tight muscle areas. The whole place ha an amazing aesthetic and afterwards I was able to relax with tea and some nibbles. I will definitely be back to try the bath house experience.

Had the most relaxing facial and head massage here. Beautiful, clean and quiet interiors. My therapist, Sigay, was amazing. I don’t usually fall asleep during massages but I might’ve even been snoring while she massaged my head.

First time bath house user. Tour was super quick. A little confusing and I got lost a few times. A luxurious retreat where you can truly relax! The ambience and aromas are next level. Peaceful, relaxing, devine shampoo/body wash and teas. Can't wait to return ❤️
